Up now are some news regarding games for midweek euro actions

1. First is German No.1 Lehman is to miss the Germany's match with Czech Republic through suspension while also trying to get his No.1 place back with his club Arsenal.

2. His German team mate Klose is hoping to get back to action for Munich's match with Bochum this weekend.

3. As for England, it is bad news for McClaren who would be without Ashley Cole for the crucial away game to Russia mid week. How much an impact may Cole's absence be on wednesday remains to be seen? Only interesting issue is who would McClaren plays there?

4. As for Olymapic Qualifiers 2008, Ghana has taken a great stride towards it with a 3-1 victory over South Africa. With a win in November vs Nigeria, Ghana would have a five points lead in Group A; making it likely that they would qualify.

5. Back to the game vs Russia midweek, England defender Rio Ferdinand is sure that England would not be affected by playing on an artifical pitch. THis is a game where anything but a positive results would not do for England.
